At The Mod Mosaic, we strive to provide you with the best quality clothing and ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and reliable. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Returns – Exchange Only

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any orders.
  • Customers may request an exchange only, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

2. Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Only size exchanges or product replacement (same product, different size) are permitted.

3. Wrong or Incorrect Product

  • Always create an unboxing video and if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered (wrong size, wrong item, or defective product), please contact us at info@themodmosaic.com within 3 days of delivery.
  • Our team will verify the issue and arrange for an exchange at no extra cost.

4. Process for Exchange

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and reason for exchange on info@themodmosaic.com
  2. Once approved, we will arrange for the return shipment.
  3. After inspection, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement product.

Note: Shipping costs for exchanges (except for wrong/defective products) will be borne by the customer.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • This policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights, where applicable.
  • The Mod Mosaic shall not be held responsible for:
    • Minor variations in color, design, or fabric texture due to lighting or display settings.
    • Delays in delivery caused by courier or logistics partners.
    • Products damaged due to mishandling, improper washing, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
  • Our maximum liability for any claim, whether arising from negligence, breach of contract, or otherwise, shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the customer for the product in question.
