1. Do you accept returns?

We currently do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery. If you’d like to exchange your product for another size or style, just reach out to us at info@themodmosaic.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. What if I receive the wrong product?

If your order is different from what you placed, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and unboxing videos. We’ll make it right for you.

3. How long does delivery take?

Our orders are typically delivered within 0–7 working days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

4. What fabrics do you use?

At The Mod Mosaic, we mostly use premium fabrics like:

  • Supima Cotton – ultra-soft, smooth, and durable.
  • French Terry Cotton – thicker, luxe, and perfect for that streetwear vibe.
    All our tees are made with high GSM fabric, which means they’re heavier, structured, and built to last—no flimsy fits.

6. How do you print your graphics?

We use two advanced printing methods to bring our designs to life:

  • DTG (Direct-to-Garment) Printing: Prints directly into the fabric using water-based inks, giving a soft feel, detailed design, and vibrant colors that last wash after wash. Perfect for intricate and colorful graphics.
  • DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printing: Creates bold, high-contrast prints that work across all fabrics and colors. DTF is super durable, resistant to peeling and fading, and great for streetwear-level vibrancy.

Both methods ensure your tee looks crisp, vibrant, and built to last.

7. How do I wash and care for my tees?

To keep your tees fresh and long-lasting:

  • Machine wash cold, inside out.
  • Avoid bleach or harsh detergents.
  • Tumble dry low or air dry.
  • Do not iron directly on the print.

8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). However, we’ve integrated a seamless payment gateway that supports UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and more for a smooth checkout experience.
